Our 485‑505W 10BB Half‑cut Mono PERC 132‑cell solar panel adopts high‑efficiency 182mm monocrystalline half‑cut PERC solar cells with 10‑busbar design, delivering power output ranging from 485W to 505W and a maximum module efficiency up to 21.3%. Thanks to half‑cut cell technology, the module effectively reduces internal current loss, lowers hot‑spot risk and improves power generation performance even under partial shading conditions.
Built with 3.2 mm anti‑reflection tempered glass and robust anodized aluminium alloy frame, this solar module withstands harsh outdoor environments, supporting 5400 Pa front side and 2400 Pa back side mechanical load capacity. It features IP68 rated junction box with 3 bypass diodes and multiple connector options, suitable for both residential rooftop and commercial‑utility solar installations. Available for OEM customization, it supports 1000V/1500V DC system voltage to meet diverse project requirements.
