535-555W Bifacial Module10BB Half-cut Mono Perc Solar Panels
This high-performance bifacial monocrystalline solar panel adopts 144 half-cut 10-busbar cells, with front-side power ranging from 535W to 555W. Featuring a reference bifaciality factor of 70% (+5%/-10%), it captures reflected albedo light from the ground, delivering 5% to 25% extra rear-side power gain, perfectly suited for utility-scale ground-mounted solar farms.
Built with 3.2mm AR anti-reflection tempered front glass and robust anodized aluminum alloy frame, the module achieves strong mechanical resistance to wind and snow loads. The IP68 junction box with 3 bypass diodes minimizes power loss caused by partial shading. It supports 1000V /1500V DC system voltage and works reliably in extreme temperatures from -40°C to +85°C. With a low Pmax temperature coefficient of -0.35%/°C, it maintains stable energy output under high-temperature field environments.
