1. Dual-Function Integrated Design, Simplifies System Configuration
The MS-MPPT400-2 is a highly integrated all-in-one device that innovatively combines independent MPPT PV power tracking and STS switching functions in a single cabinet, eliminating the need for separate standalone hardware. It integrates a dual-channel MPPT module and a 400kW-grade STS switching module, realizing unified management of photovoltaic input, grid connection, diesel engine access and load power supply, effectively reducing system equipment volume and installation costs.
2. High-Efficiency PV Input & Wide Adaptability
Equipped with dual MPPT channels, the device supports a total PV input power of up to 400kW (2×200kW single channel). It features a maximum DC input voltage of 800V and a wide MPPT operating voltage range of 180V–750V DC, with a low startup voltage of 200V DC. The ultra-wide voltage adaptation range enables compatibility with various PV string configurations. It can directly complete photovoltaic power tracking and access without matching an additional PV inverter, greatly improving system compatibility and application flexibility.
3. Complete Built-In Breaker Configuration & Intelligent Switching Logic
To match its dual-functional operating characteristics, the cabinet is equipped with a complete and professional breaker layout, including dedicated MPPT breaker, grid breaker, bypass breaker, generator breaker, load breaker and PCS breaker. All breakers are intelligently coordinated and controlled by the built-in STS core logic, achieving automatic, stable and safe switching between multiple operating modes with reliable overall system linkage performance.
4. Compact Structure & Optimized DC-Coupled System Solution
Featuring a compact cabinet size of 1000 × 1000 × 2450mm, the device integrates powerful intelligent switching and energy regulation capabilities. It is specially optimized for DC-coupled energy storage system scenarios, realizing the centralized integration of PV power generation, battery energy storage and power switching links at a single AC interconnection point. It replaces the traditional scheme that requires three separate cabinets for independent operation, simplifying system architecture, reducing on-site wiring complexity, and improving the overall stability and integration of the C&I energy storage system.
