The Risen RSM132-8-680-705BHDG is a high-performance N-Type Heterojunction (HJT) bifacial solar module designed for utility-scale, commercial, and industrial photovoltaic applications. Featuring advanced HJT cell technology and a 132 half-cell configuration, this module delivers an impressive power output range of 680W to 705W with module efficiency up to 22.7%.

As part of Risen’s Hyper-ion HJT series, the RSM132-8 module combines ultra-high bifacial energy generation, excellent temperature coefficient performance, and outstanding anti-LID and anti-PID characteristics. The dual-glass structure improves durability and reliability, making it an ideal solution for large-scale solar farms, ground-mounted PV systems, and high-efficiency renewable energy projects.

Advanced N-Type HJT Technology

The Risen RSM132-8 series adopts advanced n-type heterojunction (HJT) cell technology, eliminating boron-oxygen related light-induced degradation (LID). This technology provides higher efficiency, better temperature performance, and more stable long-term power output compared with conventional PV modules.

Ultra-High Power Output up to 705W

With a power range of 680W-705W and module efficiency reaching 22.7%, the RSM132-8-705BHDG provides higher power density, helping reduce the number of modules required and lowering overall BOS (Balance of System) costs for large-scale PV projects.
